Grandmaster Sam Plumb
Grandmaster Sam Plumb is the President of the European Hapkido Alliance and the UK Director of Sugi Hapkido Federation. He is the highest ranked Hapkido instructor in the UK and is dedicated in his efforts in the development of Hapkido and has published a book called "The Hapkido Handbook".
